Calculations first. Interpretation second.

The product computes metrics from recorded sessions, then applies fixed text rules to describe changes. This page explains the distinction.

Recorded inputs

The session form takes session date, training duration, training load in arbitrary units, a subjective readiness score, and optional context. The data is only as useful as the consistency of those entries.

Calculated metrics

Code derives counts, average and peak load, total duration, readiness averages, and selected period changes. These are descriptive measures, not validated predictions of injury or adaptation.

Rule based summary

Prewritten language is selected from metric thresholds. It can highlight a large change, but it cannot understand the athlete's full circumstances. There is no live language model in the supplied deployment.
