1. Information We Collect

We collect information provided directly by organizations and users when creating accounts, submitting inquiries, or testing telemetry schemas:

  • Account Information: Name, professional email address, organization/club name, and assigned staff role.
  • Inquiry & Pilot Submissions: Information submitted through our demo request and pilot onboarding forms.
  • Performance & Telemetry Data: Ingested workload metrics, session RPE, resting biometric values, and subjective wellness entries uploaded by participating pilot organizations.
  • Technical Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, and API access logs collected for platform security and debugging.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information exclusively to:

  • Provide, maintain, and optimize our telemetry calculation engines and decision-support dashboards.
  • Authenticate users and enforce multi-tenant role-based permissions.
  • Communicate regarding pilot onboarding, technical support, and platform release notes.
  • Protect against unauthorized access, security anomalies, and platform misuse.

3. Data Isolation & Multi-Tenant Security

SLYDEFRAME employs a multi-tenant logical isolation architecture. Telemetry and roster data belonging to one organization cannot be accessed or queried by users belonging to another tenant. We do not sell, rent, or monetize athlete or organizational performance data to third parties.

4. Synthetic & Demo Data

Public demonstrations, sandbox walkthroughs, and sample screenshots on this website use synthetic, computer-generated data fixtures. No real individual athlete health records or protected health data are displayed publicly.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Pilot organizations maintain ownership of their uploaded performance data. Organizations may request the export or permanent deletion of their tenant data at any time by contacting our engineering team at team@slydeframe.com.
