How SLYDEFRAME handles your data.

Browser stored app data

In the browser demo, athlete profiles, sessions, and reports are saved in your browser's local storage. They are not synchronized to an account or a cloud database by the app bundle. Clearing site data, changing browser, or changing device can remove access to them. A JSON export is available in app settings.

Sample data

The browser demo loads illustrative athlete and session records so you can explore the workflow. They are not real athlete records.

What to enter

Use sample or non-sensitive data in the browser demo. Before storing medical records or other sensitive personal data in an organization workspace, agree the data handling requirements with SLYDEFRAME.

Website and contact

The public website uses email links for inquiries. The contact link opens your email client. Your email provider and the recipient will process any message you choose to send. Website hosting may also record routine access logs, such as request times, IP addresses, and requested pages. Contact us with questions about hosting records and retention.

Organization workspace records

Shared records and account access.

Creating an account creates a separate organization workspace. Entering an organization name or email domain does not grant access to another organization. Joining an existing organization requires an invitation from its owner.

At /workspace, account details, password hashes, staff roles, invitations, athlete records, sessions, reports, and activity history are stored on SLYDEFRAME's hosting account. Passwords are hashed before storage. A session cookie keeps you signed in; it is separate from the browser demo's local storage.

Staff can access records only for organizations they belong to. Owners manage invitations and roles; editors can change records; viewers can read and export. Invitations are delivered directly by the owner. The workspace does not send email or process payments.

Organization exports can be downloaded from Account. Server backups are retained on the hosting account for recovery. Contact team@slydeframe.com about organization data removal or account requests; there is no automatic deletion schedule or self-service account deletion. No external AI service receives workspace records.
