TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Use of the Platform & Beta Status

SLYDEFRAME provides sports performance data ingestion, analytical calculation models (including ACWR), and coach decision-support surfaces. The platform is currently provided as a Private Beta / Sandbox for testing, evaluation, and pilot feedback purposes.

2. Decision Support — Not Medical Advice

SLYDEFRAME is an objective data visualization and statistical decision-support platform. The platform does not provide medical diagnosis, clinical treatment protocols, or guaranteed injury prevention outcomes. All athletic training, recovery, and medical decisions remain solely within the judgment of qualified sports science, coaching, and medical professionals.

3. User & Organization Responsibilities

• Organizations must maintain the confidentiality of their credentials and API sandbox tokens.
• Organizations are responsible for ensuring they possess the necessary consents and legal rights to upload telemetry data.
• Users agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to other tenant environments.

4. Intellectual Property

SLYDEFRAME and its associated logos, analytical computation algorithms, dashboard designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of SLYDEFRAME. Organizations retain full ownership of their underlying athletic telemetry data.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SLYDEFRAME is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis during the beta testing period. SLYDEFRAME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our sandbox or analytical models.

6. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to modify these terms or update platform features as we progress toward general availability. Pilot organizations will be notified of any material updates via their registered administrative email address.
